President Yoweri Museveni on August 2, 2014 in Kampala said that the NRM Caucus will decide the way forward over the anti-homosexual law following yesterday’s court ruling which nullified the act. Five judges of the constitutional court ruled the law null and void after it was passed by parliament without quorum. Addressing journalists at state house, Kampala this morning, President Museveni said that they will sit and discuss an appropriate response as a party.
