Police and security service experts work outside regional conscription office in the northeastern Ukrainian city of Kharkiv on August 4, 2014. Unidentified people used last night a flamethrower, presumably a Russian-made "Shmel" (Bumblebee), at the office in Kharkiv. Shots were also fired at the first floor of the building. Fighting between government forces and pro-Russian rebels left at least 10 civilians dead in eastern Ukraine yesterday as an international probe at the crash site of downed flight MH17 made headway.
