A SOCOL helicopter of the Philippine Air Force is seen crashed inside the military camp of 103rd Army Brigade in Kampo Ranao Marawi City Southern Philippines, minutes after it took off bound for Laguindingan International Airport in Laguindingan, Misamis Oriental on August 7, 2014. The helicopter was part of the aerial convoy of Defense Secretary Voltaire Gazmin, Interior and Local Government Secretary Manuel Roxas and Energy Secretary Carlos Jericho Petilla whose mission is to resolve the Lanao del Sur Electric Cooperative crisis .
