(FILES) In this photograph taken on July 25, 2001, an Indian police officer points to blood on the ground after India's famed Bandit Queen and MP Phoolan Devi was shot dead in front of her official residence in New Delhi. An Indian court on August 8, 2014, convicted the main killer of the country's famous "bandit queen", who was shot dead in New Delhi over a decade ago, lawyers said. Sher Singh Rana, who has been on trial for 13 years for killing low-caste women's icon Phoolan Devi, was found guilty for murder while ten of his accomplices accused in the case were acquitted.
