South Sudan's President Salva Kiir Mayardit released a white dive upon his arrival at the airport in Juba on August 10, 2014. Warring rivals in South Sudan missed a 60-day deadline today to forge a unity government, despite warnings of famine and the threat of sanctions if fighting continues.
