(FILES) - A picture taken 04 February 2002 shows late Cameroonian football star Marc Vivien Foe in Sikasso, Mali. The family of footballer Marc-Vivien Foe, who died while playing football in Lyon, are taking legal proceedings against the French football federation for breach of security regulations, the Foe family lawyers said 30 June 2004. Lawyers Alain Jakubowicz of Lyon and Prosper Abega from Marseille said the case related to the lack of emergency equipment and personnel in and around the Gerland stadium.
