INDIA-PAKISTAN-BORDER-UNREST
An Indian villager holds the tail of a spent mortar round as she poses amid her destroyed residence and killed livestock following cross-border firing between Indian and Pakistani troops at Treva village of the Arnia sub-sector of Jammu District on August 24, 2014. Cross border firing continued across the India-Pakistan border, with 25 border outposts and 19 villages coming under fire. The countries have been exchanging almost daily charges of violating a decade-old ceasefire since India on August 18 scrapped bilateral talks with Pakistan. AFP PHOTO/STR
