European Space Agency (ESA) Director of Scientific Programmes David Southwood (C) speaks with NASA Associated Administrator Ed Weiler (L) and Simonetta DiPippo of the Italian Space Agency (ASI) at a press conference 30 June 2004 at the Jet Propulsion Laborary (JPL) in Pasadena, CA, to discuss the final approach to entry into the orbit of Saturn of the Cassini-Huygens space craft and probe. After nearly seven years of travel, the international mission-s spacecraft is due to enter Saturn-s orbit 30 June 2004 to begin a four-year study of the planet, its rings and, later in the year, a landing of the Huygens probe on the surface of Titan, Saturns largest moon.
