South African opposition Economic Freedom Fighter party member and advocate representing injured and arrested miners, Dali Mpofu (C), arrives to attend the Commission of Inquiry into the Marikana shootings at the Marikana Commision on August 26, 2014 in Centurion, South Africa. The Marikana Commission of Inquiry was appointed to investigate matters of public, national and international concern arising out of the tragic incidents at the Lonmin mine in Marikana, in the North West Province, which took place between August 11, 2012 and August 16, 2012, and are believed to have claimed more than 40 lives, injured more than 70 persons and led to the arrest of some 250 people.Others are unidentified.
