Bernard Wesphael leaves jail after a ruling on the non-continued detention of Bernard Wesphael at the chamber of accusation at the court in Gent on August 26, 2014. Bernard Wesphael, co-founder of French-speaking green party Ecolo and Mouvement de Gauche and Walloon parliament member, was arrested after his wife was found dead in their hotel room in Oostende.
