This August 26, 2014 NASA Aqua satellite image showsHurricane Cristobal off the southeastern coast of the United States. A strengthening Hurricane Cristobal had Bermuda in its sights Tuesday, US meteorologists said, warning of heavy rain, high winds and life-threatening rip currents as far north as Florida. The storm, which has dumped rain on the Bahamas and the Turks and Caicos Islands, killing one person, was packing maximum sustained winds of 75 miles (120 kilometers) per hour, the Miami-based National Hurricane Center (NHC) said in its latest forecast, at 1800 GMT.
