A direction board is pictured by an eatery as it shows the way to a State Bank of India customer service point at Chajarasi village in Noida on August 22, 2014. New right-wing premier Narendra Modi has put India's drive to give bank accounts to all citizens on a war-footing to overcome abject poverty and tackle corruption, but experts say the task ahead is massive.
