Outgoing Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (R) meets president-elect Joko Widodo (L) in Nusa Dua Indonesia's resort island of Bali on August 27, 2014, to discuss a smooth government transition programme. With a legal challenge by his rival defeated, Widodo popularly known by his nickname Jokowi has swept away the last barrier to the presidency and an ambitious reform agenda after an unlikely rise from his upbringing in a riverside slum.
