TURKEY-ACCIDENT-OVERPASS
People gather on September 3, 2014 at the site where an overpass bridge collapsed onto a busy street in Avcilar district of Istanbul, killing at least two persons, wounding another at least two others and slicing a heavy goods vehicle in two.
