NORWAY-ATTACKS--JUSTICE-PRISON-POLITICS-PARTY-FILES
(FILES) A photo taken on July 22, 2011 shows a swat team arriving by boat while people take cover during a shoot out at Utoeya island, some 40 km south west of the capital Oslo, on the day of the twin attacks by rightwing extremist Anders Behring Breivik that killed 77 people. In 33 double-sided pages letter received by journalist AFP Pierre-Henry Deshayes on September 5, 2014 at his office in Oslo, Breivik announces that he wants to found the "Norwegian Fascist Party" (NFP) and the "Nordic League". In August 2012, Breivik was sentenced to 21 years in prison.
