Kashmiri residents use a boat to cross floodwaters on the outskirts of Srinagar on September 6, 2014. More than 200 people in Pakistan and northern India have been killed in torrential monsoon rains which triggered flooding, landslides and house collapses, officials in the two countries said September 6.
