(FILES) A file photo taken on March 5, 2013 shows Italian car giant Fiat CEO Sergio Marchionne (L) and Ferrari President Luca di Montezemolo standing at the Ferrari booth of the Geneva International Motor Show. Montezemolo is close to leaving the supercar maker because of a clash over strategy with the brand's parent, Fiat, according to people familiar with the matter. Montezemolo said on September 8 at the Italian Grand Prix that reports he was to step down later this year were premature.
