(FILES) This file picture dated on July 2, 2014 shows Congolese ex-colonel and former deputy chief of Congolese military intelligence, Marcel Ntsourou (2nd R), standing in court during his trial in Brazzaville. Ntsourou, 57, accused along with 113 others of rebellion, illegal possession of war weapons, assault and battery, and breach of state security, was sentenced on September 11, 2014 to forced labor for life.
