A handout file picture taken on January 26, 2012 shows oyster farmer Joel Dupuch (L) and the general director and winemaker of the Chateau Larrivet Haut-Brion Bruno Lemoine (R) recovering a wine barrel after it was submerged for six months in an oysters farm of the Cap Ferret near Bordeaux, southwestern France, for the wine to be aged at sea. In 2011 smal barrels of 16 month aged Chateau Larrivet Haut-Brion were submerged as an experiment and professionally analysed for the first time in 2012. Two years later the experiment is being pursued with a new tasting and analysis of the wine by a small group in Paris. AFP PHOTO / CHATEAU LARRIVET HAUT-BRION
