An image grab taken from a video released by Harar al-Sham and uploaded on YouTube on September 12, 2014 allegedly shows opposition fighters firing ammunition as they capture a Syrian government forces position in the village of Khan Arnabeh, near the eastern border crossing of Quneitra with Israel in the Golan Heights.
