FRANCE-CHILD MURDERS-FOURNIRET
Police search for bodies at the Chateau de Sautou in Donchery, northeastern France, 03 July 2004. Michel Fourniret, 62, who has admitted to killing nine people, eight of them young women and girls, was brought to the site with his wife, Monique Olivier. During the first day-s search at the chateau Fourniret once owned in the wooded Ardennes region near the Belgian border, police found the bodies of Belgian girl Elysabeth Brichet, 12, and French student Jeanne-Marie Desramault, 22.
