SSUDAN-UNREST-EMPLOYMENT-AID-FILES
(FILES) -- A file photo taken on July 7, 2014 shows families with malnourished children waiting to receive treatment at the Leer Hospital run by Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF-Doctors Without Borders) in South Sudan. War-torn South Sudan has banned all foreign workers -- including aid workers -- and ordered they be replaced by locals, an official notice said on September 16, 2014. "All non-governmental organisations, private companies, banks, insurance companies, telecommunication companies, petroleum companies, hotels and lodges working in South Sudan are directed to notify all the aliens working with them in all the positions to cease working as from 15th October," said a government statement, published in several newspapers.
