FRANCE-NUCLEAR-EPR-FILES
(FILES) A file photo taken on July 16, 2013 in Flamanville, northwestern France, shows the installation of a dome on a reactor's building on the construction site of the third European generation Pressurised Reactor (EPR). The antinuclear group Crilan, based in Flamanville, reacted on September 18, 2014 to a September 10 previsional schedule relased by a subsidiary of the state-owned utility EDF, RTE, that the reactor would not being fully operational until 2018, saying that it considered the announcement another delay even though RTE said it maintained the startup for 2016.
