Karl Erjavec, Slovenia's Foreign Minister is sworn in after parliament appointed new centre-left Miro Cerar's government in Ljubljana, Slovenia on September 18, 2014. Slovenian newly appointed centre-left Prime Minister Miro Cerar announced a restrictive financial policy and further privatisations as parliament approved his cabinet today.
