CANADA-EU-HARPER-BARROSO-ROMPUY
The President of the European Council Herman Van Rompuy (L), President of the European Commission Jose Manuel Barroso (R) and Canada's Prime Minister Stephen Harper take part in a joint news conference on Parliament Hill on September 26, 2014 in Ottawa. The meeting was part of a Canada-European Union (EU) Summit.
