FRANCE-POLITICS-VOTE-SENATE
Frejus French far-right National Front (FN) mayor David Rachline arrives to cast his vote for the senatorial elections, on September 28, 2014 at a polling station in Toulon. Just three years after France's upper house Senate made history with its first ever swing to the left, the right is expected to claw back a majority on September 28 in a new setback for Socialist President Francois Hollande. France's upper house is not chosen by universal suffrage but by a "super-electorate" of elected representatives who vote to renew roughly half of the Senate every three years.AFP PHOTO / JEAN-CHRISTOPHE MAGNENET
