French Agriculture minister and Government spokesperson Stephane Le Foll (R) shakes visitors' hands as he visits the Sommet de l'Elevage (Breeding Summit) international trade show for livestock professionals in the Grande Halle d'Auvergne in Cournon-d'Auvergne, near Clermont-Ferrand, central France.
