(FILES) -- A file photo taken on January 21, 2014 shows former jailed Frenchwoman Florence Cassez posing in Paris. Cassez who was freed from a Mexican prison on January 24, 2013, is filing a complaint against person unknown for unlawful arrest and detention, after Mexican police violated her rights by staging her arrest for kidnapping on national television seven years before. After facing 60 years in jail, Cassez, 38, took a flight to Paris, hours after three of five justices voted for her immediate release in a case that had strained Franco-Mexican ties.
