An Indian villager collects items belonging to a resident who died following alleged mortar shelling during a cross-border exchange between Indian and Pakistani soldiers at Chilayari village in Samba district, some 50 kms from Jammu on October 8, 2014. Three women were killed in Kashmir as Indian and Pakistani forces kept up heavy cross-border firing in the disputed region overnight, officials said October 8, taking the toll to 12, with dozens more injured.
