Spanish prime minister Mariano Rajoy (C), Madrid Comunity President Ignacio Goncalez (L) and Director General of Carlos III hospital Rafael Perez de Santamarina hold a press point outside the Carlos III hospital in Madrid on October 10, 2014 where 13 people are in quarantine as a precaution following the admission of Spanish nurse Teresa Romero infected with the ebola virus. Spain's Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy warned Friday of a "complex and difficult" situation after a Madrid nurse was infected with the deadly Ebola virus. "Lots of people are working here at a moment that we all know is complex and difficult," Rajoy told reporters, but added that he was "absolutely convinced" everything necessary would be done to overcome the crisis.
