Kenya's first-lady Margaret Kenyatta (C) engage on October 19, 2014 in a warm-up routine among other participants prior to a run to raise awareness of Margaret's 'Beyond zero' campaign to create access to maternal care in Kenya where fifteen women die every day due to pregnancy related complications. A new 2014 Unicef report, 'Committing to Child Survival ', places Kenya among the countries with the lowest coverage of postnatal care in the world, and high newborn deaths, most occuring in the first 28 days of life and during birth (intrapartum), followed by preterm births.
