CANADA-ATTACKS-PARLIAMENT
A police officer patrols the grounds of the National War Memorial in Ottawa on Thursday, October 23, 2014, one day after multiple shootings in the capital city and Parliament buildings left a soldier dead and others wounded. A gunman whose name was on a terror watch list killed a soldier and attempted to storm Canada's parliament October 22 before the assembly's sergeant-at-arms shot him dead.
