BELGIUM-EU-SUMMIT
British Prime Minister David Cameron gives a press conference on October 24, 2014 on the second day of a European Union summit at EU headquarters in Brussels. Cameron said on October 24 he would not pay an "unacceptable" bill for 2.1 billion euros ($2.6 billion) that the EU has demanded from London by December 1. "I am not paying that bill on the first of December.
