BELGIUM-EU-SUMMIT
Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi talks to the media pn October 24, 2014 at the end of a European summit at EU headquarters in Brussels. France and Italy, the second and third biggest eurozone economies, have said they will break EU spending rules imposed after the devastating eurozone debt crisis. Renzi threw a firecracker into the process overnight when he announced his intention to make public the cost of the European institutions amid the row over Rome's budget.
