Casual labourers pack charcoal in an open market in the Yakhshid district of Mogadishu on October 26, 2014. The United Nations Security Council authorised the inspection of boats suspected of carrying illegal shipments of charcoal from Somalia on October 24, 2014. Charcoal is a key source of revenue for the Shebab Islamist militia, officials told AFP.
