Indian Hindu devotees offer prayers on the ghats of the Yamuna river at the Chhat festival in New Delhi on October 29, 2014. The Chhat festival is dedicated to Lord Surya (Sun), Agni (fire) and Lord Kartikeya or Muruga. Devotees fast during the day and in the evenings offer Chhat to the setting sun in bodies of water.
