NEW YORK, NY - OCTOBER 29: Staten Island residents march to mark the two year anniversary of Superstorm Sandy's landfall on the region and to call on government leaders to do more to help people who have still not fully recovered from the storm's effects, on October 29, 2014 in the South Beach neighborhood of the Staten Island Borough of New York City. Huricane Sandy was recorded as the deadliest and most destructive hurricane of the 2012 Atlantic hurricane season. It caused over $68 billion in damages, and over 200 people were killed along the path of the storm in seven countries.
