An alleged French serial killer arrived 12 July 2004 at a southern Belgian court to appear before a judge probing the disappearance of a 12-year-old girl 15 years ago, witnesses said. Michel Fourniret, a 62-year-old carpenter, is expected to be charged with the "sexual aggression and murder" of Elisabeth Brichet, a Belgian girl who was kidnapped in 1989, sources said.
