SHELBYVILLE, KY - NOVEMBER 01: The campaign of Democratic Senate candidate and Kentucky Secretary of State Alison Lundergan Grimes has filed a lawsuit in circuit court over a piece of direct mail sent by the Kentucky Republican Party, alleging that the "mailer" is an attempt to suppress voter turnout in the midterm election to be held this coming Tuesday.
