FBL-FRA-LIGUE1-BASTIA-MAKELELE
Former Bastia head coach Claude Makelele (L) and Bastia assistant coach Didier Tholot (R) leave on November 3, 2014 the Sporting Club of Bastia (SCB) training center in Bastia after the sacking of the former France midfielder. Makelele, 41, was appointed in the summer but lasted just 12 L1 games in charge of the Corsicans, winning two. The final straw was the November 1 1-0 defeat away to Guingamp which left Bastia second from bottom in the top flight.
