Turkey's largest food and beverage company Yildiz Holding has agreed to buy United Biscuits, forming the world's third biggest biscuit maker, the companies announced on November 3, 2014. Private equity groups Blackstone and PAI Partners have agreed to sell British firm United Biscuits, the maker of biscuit brands BN and Jacob's Cream Crackers, for an undisclosed amount, according to statements issued by the groups.
