FRANCE-FISHING-ENVIRONMENT-TUNA-FILES
TO GO WITH AFP STORY BY CATHERINE HOURS
(FILES) -- A file picture taken on August 23, 2006 shows tuna fishing boats leaving Marseille's harbour, southeastern France, to prevent the docking of Greenpeace's Rainbow Warrior II (not pictured), as the fishermen oppose Greenpeace's plans to campaign in Marseille against the overfishing of red tuna. With the return of red tuna in the Mediterranean sea and the east Atlantic ocean, member countries of the International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas (ICCAT) will meet in Genoa from November 10 to 17, 2014 to set a new fishing quota for tunas, under the watchful eye of NGOs and scientists whom advocate caution.
