(From L to R) Algerian Minister of Industry Abdeslam Bouchouareb, French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius, Renault Algerie Production CEO Bernard Sonelec and Algerian Prime Minister Abdelmalek Sellal attend the inauguration of a new Renault production plant in the Algerian city of Oran on November 10, 2014. The French motor manufacturer factory is to produce the Symbol, a saloon based on Renault's Clio compact sold mainly in markets where hatchbacks are not traditionally favoured.
