WELDON SPRING, MO - NOVEMBER 11: Missouri Governor Jay Nixon listens to speakers as he stands with representatives from the St. Louis, St. louis County, and Missouri State police departments during a press conference called to discuss security concerns when the grand jury's decision in the Michael Brown case is announced on November 11, 2014 in Weldon Springs, Missouri. Brown was shot and killed by Darren Wilson, a Ferguson, Missouri police officer on August 9, 2014. Police are taking measure to avoid a repeat of rioting in Ferguson that followed Brown's death if the grand jury does not find justification to prosecute Wilson for the shooting. The grand jurys decision is expected sometime in November. There were no representatives from the Ferguson Police Department at the press conference. Scott Olson/Getty Images/AFP
