Cambodian Billon Ung Boun Hor, widow of former Cambodian National Assembly President who disappeared in 1975 during the Khmer Rouge takeover of Cambodia, poses on Novembre 13, 2014 in Nogent-sur-Marne, eastern Paris. Billon Ung Boun Hor filed a complaint against France in 1999 for the disappearance of her husband Ung Boun Hor, Cambodian National Assembly President who, like hundreds of people, took refuge at the French embassy in Phnom Penh after the Khmers Rouges ordered the evacuation of the Cambodian capital on April 17, 1975.
