Telecoms Director Frank O'Callaghan takes part in a boxing training session in London on October 30, 2014 ahead of his fight at the "Brawl at the Hall" white-collar boxing event at York Hall on November 13. A growing number of City workers are ditching the tie and lacing up the gloves for "white-collar events". Frank O'Callaghan is a former soldier now working in telecoms; he began boxing eight months ago.
