A doctor helps a Palestinian man, wounded during the 50 days of conflict between Israel and Hamas last summer, practice standing with his prosthetic leg at Gaza's Artificial Limbs and Polio Centre (ALPC) in Gaza City on November 19, 2014. The ALPC was established in 1974 and operates with the technical support of the International Red Cross.
