Protestors and police officers face off on South Florissant Rd. during a protest on November 19, 2014 outside the Ferguson Police Department in Ferguson, MO. The governor of the US State of Missouri declared a state of emergency and activated the National Guard ahead of a grand jury decision in the case of a black teenager, 18 year-old Michael Brown, who was shot and killed by a white police officer.
