This picture taken on August 18, 2014 shows Catholic farmer Nguyen Van Thao inspecting a plastic bag containing a foetus stored in a fridge (L) and waiting to be buried inside a small Catholic cemetary in the outskirts of Hanoi. For decades, communist Vietnam enforced a two-child policy, using a mix of administrative penalties and subsidised family planning to limit population growth.
