SENEGAL-FRANCOPHONIE-SUMMIT-HEALTH
Michel Sidibe (L), Executive Director of UNAIDS, the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS and Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations, attends on November 26, 2014 in Dakar, a conference focused on health issues, ahead of the 15eme Sommet de la Francophonie (15th Summit of French-speaking countries). The Organisation internationale de la Francophonie (IOF - International Organisation of La Francophonie), which holds the 15th Summit of French-speaking countries in Dakar on November 29 and 30, 2014, aims at organising "political relations and cooperation between states which share the use of the French language".
